Quiet Waters provides a confidential counselling service based on Christian commitment, insight and values for individuals and couples. The service is open to all, regardless of faith, gender, ethnic origin or life choices without preference or discrimination of any kind. There are people for whom the counselling offered may not be appropriate, for example those struggling with personality disorders, chronic addictions, or serious mental health problems. In such cases clients will be referred to more appropriate sources of help and support.

Services include telephone support, face-to-face support, letter and email support, group work and instant messaging support. Rape Crisis also provide specialist services for young women and BME women for support and advocacy. Additional support is available for women who want help to report rape to the police, from the point of reporting any sexual offence to police and throughout the process, including attending court with her. Rape Crisis provide a range of information booklets and leaflets covering issues such as Child Sexual Abuse, Self-harm, and Stalking.

MASA aims to provide support and counselling for adult male survivors of childhood abuse, male rape victims and male victims of domestic violence. Masa provides support and counselling to males who have experienced abuse (most commonly sexual abuse) either as children or in adult life, to help them explore ways to cope with the damaging effect it is having on their lives. Due to financial restrictions counselling is only available on Tuesday evenings.
