Update For CEA Service Users
At CEA one of our core values is to put the safety of our clients, staff and partner agencies first. However, due to the unprecedented nature of the measures we are all having to take to protect ourselves from the COVID-19 virus, our service will have to make some changes in the way we will be operating in the coming weeks.
In order to continue to provide a high level of support for our service users whilst keeping them and our staff safe, we will no longer be able to offer face to face support from Monday 23 March 2020. This means that our office will be closed to the public but we will be keeping in touch with new and existing clients by telephone (or email if preferred and safe to do so). Our Children and Young Persons service will be unable to offer school or office based support but will be contacting all parents and/or young people to discuss the best options for every individual. Our Co-ordinated Community Response for Domestic Abuse in Falkirk involving our partner agencies will also continue but may include a number of different measures throughout this period.
Although we will not be meeting face to face, we will endeavour to pay the same care and attention to our clients needs’ and support all who are experiencing domestic abuse. With this in mind, please let us know as soon as possible if you feel that it would be unsafe for us to contact you by telephone, SMS text message, or email at this time.
Please be reassured that we will be continuing to maintain safety and support for all adults, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse wherever possible. If anyone has any concerns regarding the above, please contact us on 01324 635661 or via email to info@cea.uk.com. All of the teams at CEA would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you the very best during this uncertain period.
