Competition Time: 16 Days of Action

We are preparing for the upcoming 16 Days of Action, a global UN campaign aimed at raising awareness and acting against gender-based violence. This initiative, which runs from the 25th of November to the 10th of December 2024, engages communities worldwide to advocate for the prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls. The theme for 2024 is to INVEST and IMAGINE a new future for tackling domestic abuse in Scotland.

Are you aged between 13 and 25 years of age? If so, please take a minute to enter our competition. There are some great prizes to be won!

Our plan is to gather original artwork, prose, poems, and stories from young people aged 13-25, focusing on your views on domestic abuse – how you see it now, and your hopes for the future.

Please email your submissions to info[at]cea.uk.com between 11th October and 15th November, or drop it off in a clearly marked envelope to a member of the Committed to Ending Abuse team at 21, Wellside Place, Falkirk, FK1 5RL.

The closing date for submissions is the 15th of November 2024 and winners will be announced shortly after the campaign ends.
